3. Find a secluded spot in your garden/local green space and lie down on the ground in a position that allows you to see the beautiful sky.
4. Spend at least five minutes in silence, with your hands pressed against your diaphragm, looking up at the sky. How many stars can you count? How many colors are swirling together up there?
5. Maintain this position until you feel truly peaceful in your environment.
6. When you do, repeat the following to express your permission to the astral forces:

I lie beneath the sky tonight,

To complete my Clearance Permission Rites.

The one who made the darkness dissolve,

Is one with whom I share resolve.

I support the mission that this one completed.

I know and feel that it was needed.

May my astral sky, in the long term,

Turn from negativity and to positivity hold firm.

I commit my life to the pursuit of fate.

I’ll turn to love, and never to hate.

7. With the ten lines successfully repeated, close your eyes tightly. Knit your hands together and place them, palms down, over your heart. Can you feel it beating?
8. Imagine the scene that might be unfolding if your eyes weren’t closed. Imagine the golden light of your positive, affirming words pouring out of your chest and beaming up into the night sky.
9. Imagine that light sparkling across the sky, lighting up the night, as astral entities far and wide heed and interpret your words.
10. Imagine the glimmer of the light slowly fading and sinking in among the other stars, as the astral entities confer and accept what you have shared.
11. Take ten deep breaths in, ten deep breaths out. Relax against the ground, and into your body, as much as you possibly can.
12. Say: I value, always, the chance to be heard.
13. You may now stand up. Your Clearance Permission Rites are complete.

Complete these Rites successfully,        , and you’ll have protected the long-term future of your newly cleansed astral sky.

4. Wait five minutes in silence, with your eyes closed.
5. When the five minutes is up, open your eyes, pick up the candle, and blow it out so that the smoke cascades through the open window and out into the night.
6. With the candle still fizzling out, whisper the following onto the wind:

I follow your vision. I respect your plan. I’ll never be led astray.

7. Your Ritual of Devotion is complete.
