3. In a quiet, empty area (either indoors or outdoors), stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. Breathe into the moment and listen to whatever it is you can hear. Notice that flow.
4. When you feel calm enough (and connected enough to the moment), place a palm against the bare skin of either side of your back, just below your ribcage.
5. Here, you’ll find your hands hovering above your kidneys, in the path of your kidney meridian.
6. As far as you’re able to do so, turn your palms against your skin as if turning a door handle, or a key in a lock. Imagine you are unlocking something that lives deep within your body. Imagine you are turning on that energy tap.
7. With your hands still in the position you’ve moved them into, whisper the following very quietly:

Here, at this moment, let energy show,

Let what once ran dry now go, go, go.

8. Move your hands slowly around your body without losing contact, and press your palms against a similar place on the front of your body. Once again, turn your palms. Turn the energy tap. Repeat:

 Here, at this moment, let energy show,

Let what once ran dry now go, go, go.

I say, with hope, and with all I know:

The dam is dissolved, now a waterfall flow.

9. Move towards an item in your immediate vicinity that represents money to you – perhaps an expensive bag/piece of clothing, or a wallet/purse?
10. When you’re beside the item, move your palms directly from your body onto this item without touching anything else. Take a few deep breaths in silence while making firm contact with the item and then step away.
11. Stop the music or walk away from/turn off the running water source.

Complete each step, and the astral forces will know – loudly and clearly – that you accept my support. That you accept Rose’s support. That wealth is now free to rush into your orbit.
