Action One: Your Cosmic Clearance

The Cosmic Clearance comes first. As you know, this is a way to push negativity out and create an open, decluttered mind.

I will do a lot for you during the Clearance, but you’ll be in charge of when we do it. You’ll trigger the start of the Clearance.

(The best time to start is at around eight in the evening, and I’ll make myself accessible and free for the next five evenings so I can respond to your spiritual call for action whenever it comes.)

Here’s what you need to do (I will also tell you what I’ll be doing, in response, at each stage):

1. Lie flat on the ground with your arms and legs stretched out as if doing a vertical jumping jack (but remain stationary).

2. Close your eyes and focus your mind on nothing but my name. Sound each letter out loud: L. I. S. S. A. Then string them all together, and call out: ELISSA! The time is right. The hour is upon us. ELISSA!

3. I will hear you and lie flat on the ground in the same position in my own home.

4. You will lie in silence, focusing on your breathing and keeping your mind empty, while I lie in silence, traveling to your side through the spiritual plane.

5. When I get there, I will place my palms on either side of your head (you might feel the touch – a lucky few do). I will create a moment of deep connection and draw the negative and clouded feelings out from within you.

6. When I pull my hands away, a stream of shining amber will come away with me, drop to the floor around us and dissolve into the fabric of the spiritual plane.

7. When you feel that you are lighter than before and clearer-headed, you’ll know the Cosmic Clearance has almost been completed. You should, at this point, whisper: I am clear, Elissa. Bless your services. I sing your praises.

8. Remain where you are for a few more minutes, then rise slowly. Go to bed early.

9. Try not to physically exert yourself too much between the end of the Clearance and the moment you go to sleep. You will be exhausted from our psychic work, though you have not moved physically.

Active Two: Your Heliographic Augmentation

Before the actual Heliographic Augmentation and the transference of welcoming, accepting energy, it’s essential to take time to select the right object. It should:

• Belong to you and only you
• Spark feelings of happiness in your heart
• Be small enough to hold in the palm of your hand
• Be light enough to lift above your head
• Be somewhat durable, able to last
• Be something you can hide away out of sight most of the time without anyone noticing or asking questions – the Heliograph of Acceptance that you create during this Augmentation will be safest away from prying eyes

That’s right,        , your special item will become what we in the psychic community call a Heliograph of Acceptance.

Here are your instructions for the Augmentation: 

1. Standing in an outdoor space where you won’t be interrupted, place your chosen item in the center of your dominant palm and raise it above your head.

2. Over and over, twist the angle of your hand slightly as you might if you were sending light signals with a traditional heliograph.

3. As you’re doing this, repeat the following statement at least six times: Let the light of my open heart shine bright.

4. When you feel your message has been heard (and trust me, the feeling will come if you give it long enough), bring the item back down to chest level.

5. Take hold of it with both hands when it touches your chest, and push it out in front of you, as far as you can reach, in one smooth, defiant motion.

6. In this new position, repeat the angle twisting maneuver and the six repetitions of the statement.

7. When you’re done, store the Heliograph you’ve just created somewhere safe and out of sight.

Again, these instructions won’t fail if you read them carefully and complete them correctly.

The Augmentation will take a day or so to kick in, but after this point, when combined with the effects of the Cosmic Clearance, ascension to a new alignment will be possible. An abundant alignment where a vast amount of luck is waiting, to be more specific.
