 ACCEPTING YOUR PSYCHIC PROTECTION INTERCESSION

I have now officially completed your Psychic Protection Intercession.

When I explained the Intercession before, I told you I could “step between you and this parasite on the spiritual plane, then erect an impenetrable shield that will scare it away, allowing you to step smoothly into your [Pocket].”

And that’s precisely what I did. I moved into a world beyond the physical, poured my energy into a shield, and then returned and wrote up the following acceptance instructions.

Complete these instructions as indicated, and your parasite creature will turn and run – far from you and far from your Pocket era:

1. Lie on the floor in your bedroom/another private space while home alone, wearing no or minimal clothing (whichever feels more comfortable and appropriate to you).
2. Open your arms and legs in a fully extended star pose. Close your eyes. Breathe into the moment, finding your calmest personal rhythm. Whisper my name six times over: Elissa. Elissa. Elissa. Elissa. Elissa. Elissa.
3. Open your eyes on the final Elissa, then say: I name you my mentor. I call you my guardian. I welcome your psychic protection. I welcome your intercession on my behalf. 
4. Close your eyes again, returning to that peaceful rhythm. Allow yourself to be vulnerable, knowing I will always protect you as much as possible.
5. After five minutes or slow, rise, dress, and go about your day. The shield I placed will be confirmed and solidified within 24 hours. The Intercession will then be officially complete, and the threat to your Pocket neutralized.
