I’m so pleased you’re a perceptive person and so delighted that the universe chose you to help me restore my Four Pillars of Contentment. I definitely want to stabilize each Pillar and allow myself to access the maximum number of opportunities for joy.

You’re right that happiness isn’t a destination – but also doesn’t exist in a vacuum. The stronger my foundations, the higher my chance of basking in that feeling long and often.
