This beautiful source of the Sun’s glorious Solstice-boosted power should be used as the centerpiece of your Sunstrength Resilience Ceremony, for which instructions are as follows…
- Await the sunny day that arrives the closest to the Solstice. Head out into nature on that day with a once-folded print-out of the Sunstrength Crystal, four relatively large flower petals (from any scented flower) and a small bowl.
- Find a space in your chosen outdoor location (garden, park, forest, etc.) where you can sit on the ground, alone, and feel entirely connected to nature. Ideally, this spot should be within the path of the Sun, allowing you to feel her glow.
- When you’ve found your spot, be seated.
- Place the Crystal image on the ground before you, unfolded and fully visible. Place the small bowl to the right of the image, almost touching it.
- Hold all four petals in your left palm. Pick up the first petal with the thumb and index finger of your right hand, and roll it gently between your fingers until it releases its glorious floral scent.
- When it does, whisper: In the precious bloom of Summer, in the presence of this Solstice-strengthened tool.
- Place the petal gently on top of the Crystal image, pick up the next, and repeat the rolling motion until it releases its scent. Whisper: Light of the Sun upon me, hope carrying my heart.
- Place the second petal on top of the image, and repeat for the third petal. Whisper: I call into my soul a wealth of Sunstrength; I ask that great resilience be brought forth.
- Place the third petal on top of the image, and repeat for the fourth and final petal. Whisper: Great things I shall do with solar confidence; let this Solstice-strengthened tool plant deepest roots.
- Place the final petal on top of the image, then fold it in half so all the petals are hidden.
- Press the sides of the image against each other with both hands. Consider this the confirmation of your whispered words – the binding act.
- Observe a few moments of silence when you feel that the universe has heard you – and that the Sun has beamed its strength through the Crystal and into the core of your soul.
- Re-open the folded image and pour the crushed petals carefully into the small bowl. Bring both items home with you and set them on your bedside table to embody your Sunstrength each day – the bowl atop the image.
It’s a subtle feeling – the sense of being full of the Sun’s glorious energies – but you’ll know it when you feel it.
And within a few days? You’ll actively perceive the difference it’s making to your life and feel a newfound ability to thrive.
