YOUR TRUE SOUL REALIGNMENT

Stage One: Comprehension

The Comprehension stage is about confirming, to nobody but you, who you really are. About stepping into the core of your soul. 

Lay down some protective plastic in your home and pour out a ring of salt large enough for you to sit down inside. Set up a metronome or play a metronome sound effect – a continuous ticking, an even repetition. 

Once this prep work is done, take your seat in the circle you made – a circle of thought purification, in case you’re curious about the reasoning – and begin the Comprehension.

Close your eyes tightly, zone into the ticking, align your breaths with it in whatever rhythmic pattern you can maintain, and slowly forget your consciousness in favor of a journey into the spiritual world beyond.

The longer you sit (the visual world gone, purified from distraction by salt, kept focused by the ticking), the closer you’ll get to your truth.

You may stop and consider Comprehension complete when you can answer each of these questions with little to no hesitation:

• Who am I, in three words?
• What goal am I chasing with the most fervent enthusiasm at present?
• What are my unbreakable morals and ethics?
• Which three parts of me feel the most unique?
• What do I fear – and should I?
• Do I love and respect myself? Why?

When you’re ready, you may move directly on to Presentation…

Stage Two: Presentation

The Presentation stage is about boosting your confidence and giving you the strength to share your true self with the wider world in a way you haven’t before. 

Remaining in your circle of salt, first recite this part of a magnetized, deliberate incantation while looking down at your empty, upturned palms:

“Long enough, I have clung, 

To shadowed haunts, oh so far-flung, 

Long enough, I have feared,

The spotlight – headlights, meet the deer,

Long enough, I have not met,

The potential that the stars have set,

I am more, and that is good,

I need not one tree; I am the wood, 

No reason to hide from the Earth, 

When it brightens with each idea I birth,

No need to give out falsity,

When my true self possesses all I need,”

Turn your palms and push them both into the salt line at a point of your choosing. Do this until the “seal” is fully broken, then continue to recite the final part of the incantation:

“I let it in, I speak to all, 

Unafraid to quarrel, change or fall, 

To the many, a choice – I shall provide:

You may wilt in my shadow or bask in my light,

Whatever you may think of me,

Who I am will be precisely who you see, 

I will not hide as I did before,

I shall be myself, nothing less nor more.”

Together, these stages will leave you in a fearless and authentic place of personhood – exactly where I feel you most need to be at this point in your life.
