What you’ll need for your five sessions of angelic contact with the spiritual world:

• Five pieces of white paper
• A box of matches or a lighter
• Three candles: one yellow, one white, and one green. (If you cannot get yellow or green candles, just use white)
• One incense holder and some incense sticks
• A pen with black or blue ink
• A small piece of white, cotton fabric

Where to perform the five rituals:

Carry out these rituals in a safe and quiet space where you can be alone. If you live with a family or others and this is difficult, the bathroom is the best place as you can be private and perhaps run a bath while you perform the rituals. Your bedroom may also be a good option.

Your mobile phone should be turned off, and you must tell others not to disturb you.

Don’t forget,        , mental preparation is key. At 9.30 pm as each ritual begins, do the following:

Ten minutes before each ritual begins, lie flat on your bed into a comfortable position and shut your eyes. Breathe in deeply through the nose and hold your breath. After a few seconds, exhale deeply and slowly through your mouth, freeing the air from your lungs. Then, try not to breathe for a few seconds, and start the process again.

Continue this breathing technique for five minutes. With each exhale, use your mind to repeat the phrase “I am feeling relaxed”.  After completing these breathing exercises, move into a cross-legged sitting position, and stare at your magnetized mirror of spiritual communication.

Focus,        ; all your attention must be dedicated to this charm for one minute.

Next, shut your eyes; visualize a strong beam of purple light that connects your mind from the middle of your forehead with your magnetized mirror of spiritual communication.

Maintain this image in your mind for a few moments and then stand. Five minutes before the ritual begins, at 9.25 pm exactly, make your mind open and free. Read aloud this powerful invocation in a soft, low voice:

At precisely 9.30 pm the ritual will begin. Wearing white clothes for this work is recommended.

Every ritual has the same rules of preparation and proceedings. It is only the enchanted and the spiritual worlds that change. You will thus perform the same procedures before each session.

Put the piece of white fabric on a flat surface such as the table or floor. On the right-hand side of this fabric, place the yellow candle and light it; this will represent the angelic principle. On the left-hand side, place, and light the white candle        , this second candle is a symbol of you. Then, place the green candle above the fabric and central so that the three candles create a triangle. This green candle represents Venus. Once you have set up these objects for the ritual, it is time to start thinking in a focused and contemplative manner. Remember that the whole purpose of this ritual is to gain closeness with the angels and their virtuousness.

When all three candles are lit, place the white fabric on the incense holder. Then, light one or two sticks and move them through the air slowly, repeating the words “Adonai Metatron”.
