- Place the following things into a small bag: A few rose petals, a spoonful of sugar, and a spoonful of cinnamon powder.
- Sew the bag closed using blue thread (the colour of peace and fulfillment).
- Light four white candles and burn a stick of lavender incense.

- Blow out the candles.
- Place the small bag, now filled with strong positive magic, beneath your mattress.
- Each night, as you sleep, optimistic and enthusiastic energies will swirl around your head.
