2. Press it between your chest and both of your palms, holding it tightly against your heart and feeling its rhythm beating.

3. In time with the rhythm of your heart, pull the Sapphire away from your chest and push it back against it. Do this at least ten times.

4. When you feel that you’ve connected your heart and your Sapphire quite deeply, whisper the following phrase right into the Sapphire, bending your head down to it: I give you my heart, that you might give me your wisdom.

5. Slowly and surely, pull your Sapphire away from your chest and push it back towards it one last time, timing the reconnection with the following phrase: I give you myself, that you might give me your help.

6. Take a deep breath, lower the Sapphire away from your chest and store it somewhere secret and safe (away from prying eyes and out of direct sunlight).

7. You have now successfully aligned with your Sapphire of Wisdom. Congratulations.
