Your Lepidolite Heart of Calm

The first Crystal is, of course, your Lepidolite Heart of Calm.

When your stress levels begin to rise or a day feels particularly emotionally tumultuous, you should: 

1. Pull up the image of the Heart (on a phone, laptop or tablet – anything portable works). 
2. Hold it up against your own heart and close your eyes. 
3. Focus all your thoughts on the stress sensations running through your body. What do you feel? What are you thinking? Do you know where it’s all stemming from?
4. Indulge in a slow, deep inhale. 
5. Visualize funneling all these worries and sensations into the Heart, out of your body. Imagine each tiny particle of anxiety being pulled out of you, replaced by a glimmering purple light that feels… Like peace.
6. Release your held breath – and with it, your tension.
7. Bring the Heart to your lips and whisper against it: “Let the turmoil fade in the shade of your ceaseless protection. Let me breathe, easy and free. Let the darkness let me be.”

Your Citrine Rod of Clarity

Do you recall the power of the Citrine Rod of Clarity?

When you’re down or overtired for some reason you can’t pinpoint, you should:

1. Pull up the image of the Rod (on a phone, laptop or tablet – anything portable works). 
2. Place it on the ground and lean down toward it, making contact with your forehead. Press your index and middle fingers on each hand to their corresponding temples, maintaining your forehead contact.
3. Focus all your thoughts on the sadness/confusion/exhaustion you’re experiencing. As with the Heart, determine: What do you feel? What are you thinking? Do you know where it’s all stemming from?
4. Take that slow, deep inhale as you did once before. Imagine the light, energy and power of the Citrine Rod beginning to pour into your body, entering through your forehead but spreading right down to the tips of your toes. 
5. Engulf yourself in this visualization until you feel filled up with sunlight. Until you feel awake, aware and clear-headed in a way you didn’t when the process began. 
6. Release your held breath – and with it, any residual bad feeling. 
7. Move your head so that your lips now brush the Rod, and whisper: “Let me see it all with aching clarity. Let the light uplift. Let the darkness desist.”
