3. Wait for a clear and starry evening to arrive, and then head outside at night with a candle and something to light it with.

4. Sit down on the ground outside, directly connecting yourself to the earth.

5. Light the candle and set it down in front of you.

6. Gaze into the flame and feel your body relax into the moment, enjoying your peaceful and quiet surroundings in the almost darkness.

7. When you feel fully relaxed, place your palms against the earth and repeat the following mantra of acceptance:

Decisive energies flood me this night,

Swell up through the earth and into my life.

And show me, in seconds, all I’ve been missing,

All the precious opportunities that I’ve been skipping. 

Let my unsuitable plans for the future dissolve,

8. Watch the flame for ten full seconds in silence, and then extinguish it. Return to your home.

9. Go to sleep, and first thing the next morning, write down, again, your answers to the questions that I listed above.

10. Then, locate your original answers, and compare them. Already, you should see how much more decisive and certain you’re becoming about your own future.
