YOUR ELEMENTAL ENERGY BEACON

Here, to sit at the heart of all four Absorption Spells, is the beautiful Elemental Energy Beacon that was hand-delivered into my possession not so long ago.

Please print it out – and then follow the necessary steps as outlined for each individual Spell…

The Fire Absorption Spell – Bringing you passion, courage and confidence

To complete the Fire Absorption Spell, you’ll first need to light three candles of three different sizes, placing them in front of you in a height order line. 

You’ll then sit before the candles – either on the floor or on a comfortable chair – with your Beacon facing up in your lap. 

You’ll press your palms to the Beacon and gaze into the flickering flame of the shortest candle, whispering the first inciting phrase: Elemental force of fire, I gaze upon you awed – but free of fear.

You’ll then turn your gaze to the middle flame, whispering: Elemental force of fire, I call you forth into the Beacon. 

You’ll then turn your gaze to the final flame, on the tallest candle, whispering: Elemental force of fire, I pull your power through my fingertips to burn and shine in my chest. 

You’ll then take a few moments of silence to breathe deep and keep your palms steady against the Beacon. At this stage, you can close your eyes if you find that to be useful and focusing.

When the moment feels right, and you sense that the power transference has happened, you’ll open your eyes again and blow out all three candles in one powerful puff – thus officially concluding the first Spell.

The Air Absorption Spell – Bringing you calm, balance and inner peace

To complete the Air Absorption Spell, you’ll need to take your Beacon printout into nature on a day when the breeze can be felt – at least gently. 

You’ll then stand holding the printout above your head, close your eyes, and tune into the feeling of the air against your hands and any other areas of exposed skin. 

At this point, you’ll whisper the inciting phrase of this second Spell: Elemental force of air, I feel you moving through me. 

You’ll then slowly sink to a kneeling position, still holding up the Beacon, and whisper: Elemental force of air, I call you forth into the Beacon. 

You’ll then pull your Beacon down into your chest and whisper: Elemental force of air, I breathe your power through my chest and into my soul. 

You’ll conclude by spending several minutes lying face up on the ground, sensing the flow of air and letting the Spell take root.

The Water Absorption Spell – Bringing you resourcefulness, flexibility and drive

To complete the Water Absorption Spell, you’ll need to enter a body of water up to the waist – be it a bath in your home or a nearby sea/lake/swimming pool.

As you do, you’ll keep the printout of the Beacon nearby – so that when you’re situated, you can grab it and hold it above your head without getting it wet.

Then, you’ll whisper the inciting phrase: Elemental force of water, I feel your flow surrounding me. 

Continuing to hold the Beacon with one hand, you’ll submerge your free hand beneath the water and run an open-handed palm through the flow, whispering: Elemental force of water, I call you forth into the Beacon.

You’ll then swap your hands and do the same with the other palm, whispering: Elemental force of water, I draw you near, and I welcome you in. 

Finally, you’ll place the Beacon gently on the side, somewhere it won’t get wet, and then submerge yourself entirely for a few seconds before remaining in the water until you feel truly at one with it.

The Earth Absorption Spell – Bringing you practicality, logical reasoning and commitment

To complete the fourth and final Spell – the Earth Absorption Spell – you’ll need to fill a large plastic tub with soil, sand or pebbles (any fully natural material will work) and place the Beacon printout on the ground in front of it.

You’ll then kneel on the Beacon and plunge your hands into the tub all the way up to the wrists. Once situated, you’ll whisper: Elemental force of earth, I enter you with an open heart. 

Then, you’ll close your fists around two generous handfuls of your chosen materials. Holding them, you’ll whisper: Elemental force of earth, I call you forth into the Beacon.

Then, you’ll drop the handfuls, slowly returning possession of what you hold to the tub, whispering as you do: Elemental force of earth, I magnetize your power that it might soak through my palms and into my veins. 

You’ll then remain in place, hands in the tub, until you’re sure the Spell has taken. 

At this point, your journey of four Spells will be concluded. 

Those were your Spells – each relying on the Beacon as a magnetizer and drawing in the relevant energies to help you overcome the Fatigue.

When they’re all complete, I just know you’ll feel lighter than you have done in a long time.
