I’m happy to be sharing three great offerings with you today

I don’t always know how to explain urgent spiritual situations when I’ve seen them with my own eyes and you haven’t, so I’m really thankful you trusted me when I told you what was happening. You’re a special person.

Let’s start with the most important offering of all, your Inner Light Amplifier.

That inner light of yours deserves to be as bright as a floodlight, not as dim as a fading candle. Now, we can make that change happen…

 

YOUR INNER LIGHT AMPLIFIER

It’s a beautiful item, isn’t it? And I have a feeling that it will start to look even more stunning once it’s been working for you and bringing you to new levels of positivity.

As you know, I’ve already prepared the Inner Light Amplifier for a new owner, and it knows your spirit well. There’s nothing you need to do to activate it, per se, but you do now need to learn how to use it.

Once a week, to keep the Amplifier doing its job and building up your internal fire of good energy, you should complete the following steps:

  1. Have the Amplifier ready, either in printed-out form or on a portable device like a phone or tablet.
  2. Place the Amplifier in the center of a small table (a round table would be ideal, but other shapes would also suffice).
  3. Think of something good that’s happened in the past week and smile, genuinely, to remember it. Place two fingers to your lips during the smile, then move these fingers down and press them to the Amplifier for a moment.
  4. Fold your other fingers down against the Amplifier so that your full palm is pressed to it.
  5. Whisper the following statement of intent: Each day, I search for hope and goodness. I turn from doubt and pain. Each day, you guide my open eyes. You let me start again.
  6. Place the Amplifier away somewhere safe if you’ve printed it out. The process is complete until the following week.

The steps are simple, and there aren’t too many.

The key is that they’re repeated each week until you get to a place where you feel happy to stop using the Amplifier.

(And that they’re repeated at a similar time on the same day each week – bear that in mind before you perform them for the first time.)

Trust me when I say that you will get to a place where you feel happy in yourself and equipped with enough reserves of positivity to step away. It’s going to happen, even if it feels far away now.

YOUR STARLIT NIGHT OUTLOOK RITUAL

We’ve known each other long enough now that you must know how much I love the stars, the planets and the entire cosmic universe.

So, it shouldn’t surprise you that, in my expert opinion, there’s nothing as healing as a night spent out under those twinkling stars.

There’s no better way to shift your perspective or develop a healthier outlook.

When the skies are clear and shining bright in the dark night, I’d like you to spread out a blanket in your garden (or the garden of a trusted friend, if you don’t have one), lie down for a few hours and complete this Starlit Night Outlook Ritual:

  1. As mentioned above, you’ll need a blanket and a garden space with a view of the stars. You’ll also need a pen, paper and an outfit that’s warm enough for the weather but ideally exposes some skin. Where the sun tans, the stars heal.
  2. Spread the blanket out and sit down on it (the lying down comes soon).
  3. Use the pen and paper you brought to write down two to five negative thoughts that have been sitting in your mind and re-occurring to you quite often. Common examples include negative body image and romantic doubts.
  4. Stand up and place the paper on which you’ve written these thoughts in the middle of the blanket.
  5. Lie down directly on top of the thoughts, facing the stars. Obscure the thoughts completely from the stars’ view and connect them directly to your body.
  6. For around half an hour, lie in silence, looking up. Find a place of inner peace and calm. Take time to appreciate each thing you see and hear, whether in the sky or even in your natural surroundings on earth.
  7. When you’ve reached that place of calm, begin to imagine your body as a machine. A neutralizing force.
  8. Imagine that the thoughts on the paper are entering your body through your back but transforming as they come through you. Imagine that the thoughts are coming out on the other side recontextualized.
  9. Then, try this yourself. Remember one of the things you wrote down, but don’t immediately jump to take on the feelings it creates in you.
  10. Instead, think hard about how it might be helping you get better as a human being. Is it making you stronger? Is it clarifying your true desires? Even bad situations can offer helpful information/become growing experiences.
  11. When you’ve tried your best to do this for everything you wrote down (sometimes, it won’t be possible – don’t stress yourself if answers don’t arrive 100% of the time), the Starlit Night Outlook Ritual will be complete.
  12. You’ll wake the next morning thankful for the stars, their beauty, and your new ability to see good in even the most confusing and challenging times.

This is definitely a ritual of contemplation,        .

  • In the middle of a rainstorm, listen to the instinct that tells you to head outside

The future is never set in stone, and you won’t be able to capture all of these moments. But if you’re looking out for them, you’ll find more than you otherwise would have been able to.
