We’re so close to the per-hour peak of the Delta Aquariids meteor shower, which runs from mid-July to late August (and peaks, in 2023, on the 30th of July)

This means that at the moment, in the best conditions for viewing these remarkable space rocks, you could spot up to 20 meteors per hour rushing through the night sky and barrelling by.
It’s not a figure as massive as some more “popular” showers, which might reach 200 MPH (meteors per hour) – but it’s still a wondrous sight to behold!
And, even more importantly, this nearing peak means the time is right for me to utilize the rarely accessible, hugely prophetic energies of the Delta Aquariids.
