• Fire = a candle of any kind (and something to light it with)
• Water = a bottle of water (and a bowl to pour it into)
• Earth = a rock (any will do – find one in your garden or at a local green space)
• Air = a handheld folding fan (if you don’t have one, you can easily construct one out of some spare paper)

2. When you have each item ready, also find a plain-colored sheet/tablecloth. Wait for nightfall and then step into your garden (or local green space) with your items and your sheet/tablecloth.

3. Find a quiet and secluded spot to sit down.

4. Spread the sheet/tablecloth out in front of you.

5. Light the fire-representing candle and place it in the top left corner of the sheet.

6. Pour the bottle of water into the bowl and place the bowl in the top right corner of the sheet.

7. Place the earth-representing rock in the bottom left corner and the air-representing fan in the bottom right corner.

8. Close your eyes and listen to the subtle evening sounds of the nature that surrounds you. Feel the breeze as it moves past you.
