       , as I told you from the start, this Ocean Current Reset is all about visualization and emotional transformation.

If you invest in this process and take everything I instruct you to do seriously, I can promise that it will positively impact you.

The first thing you’ll need is the underwater ocean soundtrack linked just below, which you should play in the background throughout the Reset to give you a constant feeling of peace and interconnection.

Listen to the music for just a moment, and you’ll instantly know what I mean by that. It almost seems to blanket you…

When you have an open attitude, and you’ve started to play the track, you’ll need to half-fill a bowl with lukewarm water.

Sit cross-legged on the floor in front of it somewhere in your home, and submerge both of your hands in the water.

With your hands submerged, complete the Ocean Current Reset by imagining and genuinely connecting with a series of images. (I will list the images in just a moment.)

NOTE that you should have your eyes closed as often as possible during the Reset, but you can open them between visualizations to refresh yourself on what the next image you’re being invited to picture is.

2. A tremendous green turtle serenely traverses an underwater scene. He is the epitome of wisdom. He is unbothered by his surroundings. He is enjoying his journey, mindful that the destination is the end.
3. A great wave rises, threatening, on the far-out horizon. It crashes and fades, then rises again as a new beast. It comes into the shore, rolling, rising and falling many times until it is so calm it tickles the tips of a toddler’s toes as she stands and laughs on the shoreline.
4. A school of tiny silver fish deftly navigate the blue-green lagoon. Though each little fish is an individual, the school moves as one. Connection and harmony are evident; no second-guessing or ego is present.

5. A young woman basks in a yellow swimsuit on the water’s surface. She is, to the teal waters, like the sun against the sky. She knows she is in the path of an uncontrollable force. She knows she can’t control the ocean. She does not seek to. For now, it is calm. When it is not, she will retreat to return at a later date.
6. A rippling jellyfish undulates along the edge of a colorful coral reef. With each languid motion, it seems to be tasting the water. Savoring what it has. Never wanting more. Never wondering why this, or why me. The jellyfish simply is.

When you have taken the time to picture and process each scene, remove your hands slowly from the bowl of water and lie back, fully stretched across the ground.

Before rising and concluding the Reset, take the time to breathe deeply and lie with your thoughts and residual images for a few minutes.

Stand up when you feel ready, and immediately transition into sending me that simple signal we talked about. That way, I’ll know the time is right to boost your luck once again.

To send the signal, you must:

1. Step out into your garden/visit a local green area if you don’t have a garden.
2. Stretch your palms as far up to the sky as they will reach and extend.

As you might remember, this Sidereal Sapphire of the Sea is tied (and so says its name) to the stars and the seas.
