An acceptance ritual might seem like an extra, less critical step compared to the completion of the Protective Suture Ceremony, but though it’s not as complex, it’s equally as essential. 

Just as I wouldn’t have been able to perform the Ceremony without your consent, you won’t be able to benefit from the healing results of the Ceremony without sharing your acceptance. 

Without, in other words, letting the astral universe know the score.

Here’s what you’ll need to do: 

1. Wait for the evening to arrive and create a square of tealights in an appropriate space somewhere in your home (spanning an area large enough for you to sit cross-legged inside safely).

2. Gather together a lighter, a piece of paper, a pair of scissors, a small sewing needle and some fine thread. 

3. Sit down inside the square. Set the paper, scissors, needle and thread in front of you. Light the tealights from within with the lighter, then set this down as well.

4. Take a minute to level out your breathing and find a place of calm inside yourself. 

5. When you find your inner zen, slowly reach down and pick up the paper and scissors. Cut the paper cleanly in half while reciting the following sentence: Here, the magnetic fracture that desires immediate suture. 

6. Put down the scissors. Thread the needle and sew the pieces of paper back together, adding at least a few stitches. (You don’t need to be an expert sewer by any means, as this act is more symbolic than anything else.)

7. As you sew, recite this sentence: Here, the incredible power of the Protective Suture Ceremony. The great value of Elissa’s exceptional support.

8. Safely remove the needle from the paper, set it aside, and place the sewn-together paper in your lap. Press a palm to each side of the new seam. 

9. Conclude your acceptance by reciting this final sentence: With an understanding heart, I show the astral world how I feel. I accept the gift of healing that Elissa has so graciously granted.

Nine steps make up this ritual, and they’re each important in their own right. Overarchingly, this ritual is all about showing the cosmic forces your heart.

It’s about saying: I clearly and demonstrably accept Elissa’s help. I’m glad to have it.

Here’s your Tiger’s Eye Amulet of Evil Avoidance.  

It’s such a beautiful crystal, isn’t it? Tiger’s eye has always been one of my favorites, and this particular Amulet is said to carry immense protective powers. It was first given to new parents with dangerous enemies by a warlock as a protective ward for their child!

These enemies were undeserved, gathered by the parents’ important activism in the field of human rights, but warranted or not, they were still a threat.
