I wasn’t sure how it would go, completing this Triad with the help of an equally powerful person, but thankfully, it all went well.

We were able to harmonize our abilities and synchronize, and we worked through the stages of the Triad, completing each ceremony in turn.

As you already know, these ceremonies are called:

1. The Ceremony of Rebirth
2. The Tempering Ceremony
3. The Ceremony of Natural Grounding

During the rebirth phase, we worked hard to clear your astral sky of darkness and rid your psyche of negativity, opening you up to tempering.

We then strengthened your resolve and re-forged the connections between mind, heart and soul, allowing you to see your future path more clearly.

Finally, we gathered a great deal of luck and prepared it to enter your world.

As you can imagine, this work took a lot of time. But we were both happy to do it, knowing what it meant for you and your future.

The rest, now that each point of the Triad is complete, is up to you.

You must complete the Ritual of Regenerative Consent, expressing your thanks for our work and your appreciation for nature. And, most importantly: Agreeing to accept the luck that hangs in the balance, waiting for you.

Here are your instructions,        . Follow them carefully:

1. These instructions must be completed in a specific order, as the ceremonies in the Regenerative Natural Triad were. Don’t divert from the order I’ve set out, or things might not work correctly.
2. Find a day on which you’ll have a full afternoon and evening to dedicate to the Ritual.
3. On this day, at around midday, fill a sink or bath with cold water.
4. With a towel to hand, plunge your head into the cold water and remain submerged, counting up to three.
5. Remove your head from the water, dry off, and then place both of your hands, palm down, into the same water.
6. Take a few deep breaths, adjusting to the chill you’ll likely feel in both your face and hands, and then whisper the following:

Breathtaking lifeforce, always flowing, always there,

I accept your cleansing power and wash away all despair,

I have known life before you, and a better life awaits,

On the other side of rebirth, when you’ve lifted all weights.

7. Drain the water and enjoy a few quiet hours to yourself, trying not to interact with anyone else or experience any extremely strong emotions.

8. In the mid-afternoon, find a place in your home where you can draw all the curtains/shut all the blinds. Do so, and then light a large candle and sit beside it on the floor.

9. Hold your hands over the flame – enough to be warmed, but not enough to be burned – and whisper the following:

Passionate power, loving and burning,

The source of emotions like lust, love and yearning,

Temper my soul and bring strength to my bones,
Show me not where I’ve been, but where I may go.

10. Blow out the candle, leave the room, and once again enjoy a few quiet hours.

11. At the time where the sky begins to darken, head outside.

12. Stand with your arms reaching up to the sky and your feet firmly planted on the ground (preferably a natural surface like grass or soil instead of a surface like concrete). Whisper the following:

Earth, my home, and air, my life-giver,

Bring luck to my life as bows to my quiver,

And allow me to shoot for the moon, shining bright,

Aiming and landing, with perfect sight.

13. Head back inside. You’ve successfully completed the ritual.

If you complete every step, luck will surround you when your next spiritual quarter begins. Resolve will rise up within you.
