Stunning, isn’t it?

Your beautiful Golden Jasper Pyramid will pour its energies of self-confidence, positivity and strength right into your open heart as soon as you’ve completed the following activation instructions:

1. Sit down with a print-out of the Pyramid in a quiet, comfortable space in your home. 
2. Ensure the lighting is either non-artificial (e.g., candlelight) or, at the very least, soft and calm in nature.
3. Hold the print-out face-up in both of your palms. Close your eyes, and imagine that the Pyramid is being set alight. Imagine a great (but not painful) source of warmth emanating from the place where it rests in your hands. 
4. Imagine the warmth rising to the level of your chest, entering your heart, and flowing like blood through your veins. 
5. As you visualize this, repeat the following “Soul Glow Initiation” phrases as many times over as feels necessary: 

“I am bold.

I am brave.

I am brilliant.

I am calm.

I am confident.

I am capable.

I am strong.

I am stunning.

I am sparkling.”

6. When you feel ready, open your eyes. Lay the Pyramid gently in your lap, and stretch your palms out on either side of your body, keeping them at shoulder level. 
7. Eyes open now, taking in whatever happens to be in your eyeline with appreciation, repeat the following “Soul Glow Activation” phrases as many times over as feels necessary:

“I am warm.

I am wild. 

I am wonderful.

I am endless.

I am elegant.

I am ebullient.

I am perfectly imperfect.

I am perfectly unique.

I am perfect.”

8. Again, use your instincts to determine when you’re ready to fall silent. Honor a minute of total peace and quiet when the time comes, then stand and continue about your day to officially conclude the activation.
