Ritual One – The Soul Protection Action

This ritual should bounce negative forces and energies back. It should push them out of your body and far away from you.

Protecting your soul from darkness is the most important step because positivity is impossible when a soul is drenched in negative energies. And without positivity, opportunity is scarce.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Wait for a sunny day to arrive.
2. On this day, check the weather forecast. Try to pinpoint one of the warmest, sunniest moments in the day. Plan to complete the Action at this time.
3. Gather together several different items: A bright-colored blanket (any color would work, but the brighter, the better), a bowl, a bottle of water, headphones, and a device you can listen to the Soul Symphony
4. At the planned time, with your items, step into your garden (if you don’t have a garden, travel to a local park).
5. Find a quiet, sunny spot where you won’t be disturbed.
6. Lay out the colorful blanket and sit down on it. Place the headphones, the device, the bowl, and the bottle of water in front of you.
7. Pour the bottle of water into the bowl.
8. Put your headphones on, connect them to the device, and start playing your Soul Symphony.
9. Once the Soul Symphony is playing, close your eyes and fully submerge both of your hands in the bowl of water.
10. For as long as it takes, focus on the feeling of the water. Focus on the way it curves and caresses. Notice every tiny sensation. Try to keep your hands still as you do this.
11. Eventually, you should start to feel a flow. An intuitive connection between body and water.
12. When you feel this connection, whisper the following mantra three times: I have no room for darkness in my buoyant, peaceful soul.
13. Take a long breath out. Push the negativity up your chest and out of your throat.
14. Keep breathing deeply until the song comes to an end. The ritual is complete. You can remove the headphones and pour away the water.

7. Imagine your Soul Symphony pumping through your body like blood.
8. When you’ve imagined the Symphony traveling all the way to your toes, say: I am strong. I am bold. I connected.
9. Keep thinking this and repeating it whenever it feels right until the Symphony comes to an end.
10. The Soul Strengthening Ceremony is complete.
