As you’re undoubtedly already aware, we’ve got a lot to get through today, from the three Stones to the Solidification Steps that should keep you insulated from negativity in the longer-term future.
Because of this, I don’t want to waste much time introducing everything. I simply want to remind you that I’m proud of you – and I appreciate your perceptive nature.

The Citrine Pyramid of Play
To awaken this Pyramid of Play and break your toxic fog’s tight hold on your soul, you must print the image and carry it outside, unfolded, on a day when the sun is shining. You must then place the Pyramid on the ground, connected with nature, kneel before it, and recite the following incantation from memory:
“Too far I have wandered from your energy,
Too long I have toiled and thought of entropy,
I recommit in every sense to play,
From fun and joy and silliness, I shan’t again turn away.”
The Amethyst Tower of Peace
Having taken the first step with the Pyramid, you’ll awaken the Amethyst Tower of Peace and actively pull in peace/push the negativity out of your headspace by printing its image and carrying it outside, unfolded, on a night when the stars are sparkling above. You must then place the Tower on the ground, in full view of the cosmic world, kneel before it, and recite the following incantation from memory:
“Too full I have become of negativity,
Too removed I have become from serenity,
I split my soul wide in pursuit of your peace,
For that sense of safety I hope may never again leave.”
The Black Tourmaline Orb of Defense
To conclude the process and fully eject negativity and toxicity, putting up shields to prevent near-future backsliding, you’ll awaken the Black Tourmaline Orb of Defense by printing its image and carrying it outside in the pre-dawn hours. You must then place the Orb on the ground, in view of the cosmic world and connected to the earth, kneel before it, and recite the following incantation from memory:
“Too heavy I have become in the face of darkness,
Too much I have allowed into my heart,
I push each toxic vestige away with all my power,
I welcome your protection in this, my most needy hour.”
It’s that simple, . Do as I say with each Stone, and the fog of toxicity will soon be a memory. A minuscule blip in the long and lustrous journey of your personal success.

YOUR HEALTHY MINDSET SOLIDIFICATION STEPS
Remember what I said about these Steps?
“These Steps will consist of things you can and must do to keep hold of your newly cleansed mindset and focus on positivity. To strengthen and solidify it, putting you in the best place to sidestep negative energy. They’re based on direct observation of your weaknesses, strengths, and habits. They’re personalized to keep you on a path free of darkness and upset.”
Bear that in mind, and take all the time you need to absorb these. Patience and consideration are both essential to Solidification.
- Respect and honor your limits – There’s a fine line between pushing yourself to be better and working emotional (or even literal) overtime until you reach a point of exhaustion where you can’t even care for yourself and your basic needs. Respect your limits, and remember that saying “no” here and there is precisely what allows you to keep saying “yes” the rest of the time.
- Choose confidants who match your energy – If sharing with certain people makes you feel raw, exposed or exhausted, pay attention to that and stop sharing. Find friends and loved ones who reach for hope and optimism as you do, and avoid being dragged down by peers – even unintentionally.
- Build routines that work for you as an individual – Though there’s a lot of good advice out there about building a healthy routine for physical and mental well-being, it’s vital to take an individualized approach to the steps you take each day. Don’t waste energy or effort on things that don’t seem to have the impact on you that they might on other people – rededicate that energy/effort elsewhere!
- Remember the past, present and future mantras – The past is a resource for learning and improving, not a stick to flog yourself with. The present is made to enjoy and cherish – with a healthy dose of awareness about how you’re setting yourself up for the future. The future isn’t written until it isn’t the future anymore.
- Love and charity will never drain or deplete you – When you’re feeling exhausted, your instinct may be to say no to giving back when the chance arises. Don’t give in to this feeling borne out of tiredness. You’re a naturally open, giving and caring person, , and love and charity will REPLENISH you if you allow them the space to do so.
- One hour or day of negative feelings does not spell disaster – Even the happiest person on Earth will sometimes experience a fleeting sorrow or anger. You must not fear or run from these emotions when they do crop up. Honor them without dwelling, and you’ll find they don’t often stick around too long.
If you can truly internalize these Steps, putting them into practice in your day-to-day life, I know you’ll be better insulated from future situations like this.
