In just a moment, we’ll dive into your Summer-Fall Buoyant Soul Reading with eyes wide open and answer six questions
,
Overarchingly, though, our question will be this: What will keep ’s soul light and buoyant during the summer and fall of 2024?
Or perhaps: What will enable to hold onto his Sunstrength (easy-flowing energies of passion, drive, confidence, resilience) for as long as possible?
Are you ready to jump in?
Here’s question one…
What will most deeply challenge my soul this summer? – FIVE OF WANDS, UPRIGHT
Over the summer – excluding the chunk of it that you’ve already experienced – your most profound soul-level challenge and threat to buoyancy is represented by the upright Five of Wands.
This card symbolizes interpersonal conflict, argument and friction born out of rivalry and jealousy.
In this context, I sense the meaning with particular clarity. Your evolution from surviving to improving and, finally, into thriving is rubbing someone up the wrong way. It shouldn’t be – not if the jealous party truly supported you and was a well-adjusted human being.
But, as we know, these things are not always the case.
How will I face and overcome that challenge? – THREE OF CUPS, UPRIGHT
How do you defeat the challenge of another person’s jealousy and envy over your advanced position in life? The answer is not easy, but it does exist. And it’s represented by the upright Three of Cups.
This second question card symbolizes community, joy through connection with others, and agenda-free, true friendship.
That may seem contradictory, but this is because the cards do not refer to the same people. Question one’s card is about the people who can’t be happy for you. This card urges you to find – and FOCUS on – the people who can.
Don’t waste your energy on the enemy – even if they initially seem to be a friend.
What will most deeply challenge my soul this fall? – THE HIEROPHANT, UPRIGHT
Moving into September, October and November, you’ll have a new major challenge to contend with in the new season. This challenge is represented by our first Major Arcana card – The Hierophant, upright.
The Hierophant is a card of tradition and normality. A representation of “how things have always been done.”
“How does this relate to my challenge?” You may wonder. , my friend, it is your challenge. You’re not, by nature, a person who feels bound by useless traditions. You’re open to change, improvement and evolution.
Someone or something will keep you from being as flexible as you’d like during the fall.
How will I face and overcome that challenge? – FOUR OF CUPS, REVERSED
It isn’t always as easy as we want it to be to say no to what other people want or expect from us – or even to say no to our own unfairly internalized expectations of OURSELVES. The answer to this conundrum is the Four of Cups, reversed.
This card symbolizes actively choosing happiness, accepting who you are and becoming more self-aware.
The only way to become brave enough to follow your own ethics and align with your true morality (rather than the existing set of rules and norms drawn up in an archaic world) is through self-love, self-confidence and self-appreciation.
Learn to trust yourself, and it gets easier to see when you’d be wise to distrust others.
Is there anything else I need to be aware of and prepared for – pertaining to the buoyancy of my soul – following my Resilience Ceremony? – TWO OF PENTACLES, UPRIGHT
Is there anything else you need to know about your soul buoyancy post-Ceremony? Yes, according to the upright Two of Pentacles.
This card symbolizes prioritizing, adapting to new situations and making effective decisions.
I think it’s a clear indicator that the shape of your life is about to change. Which you probably already knew, on one level or another. As it changes, you must be gentle with yourself and thoughtful about what you take on.
If you spin too many plates at once or start spinning them too fast, one is bound to smash!
Does the universe have any further messages to send me about my soul journey at this time? – THE HANGED MAN, UPRIGHT
Finally, are there any more messages to deliver about your soul journey? Once again, yes – the Hanged Man (upright).
This ominous-sounding card appropriately represents martyrdom, falling on your sword and sacrificing yourself.
I believe it’s here to function as a warning. To tell you that you do not need to make a sacrifice that nobody else would be willing to make. You can be a good person and a cherished loved one without bending over backward for everyone else.
You deserve more than that.
That concludes your Summer-Fall Buoyant Soul Reading, , and hopefully gives you more than enough information with which to keep yourself on the best possible track from now until the end of November.
Here’s to everything you’re on the cusp of accomplishing for yourself!
Your loving friend,
