2. Place your Sautoir of a Thousand Suns against your chest. You can use a printed out version or have it displayed on a mobile device, both will work effectively.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Lie for five minutes in silence – count them out if you need to – and then repeat the following phrase: Tie me to my Sautoir, and make us one, with the unfailing power of the glorious sun.
5. Spend another five minutes in silence, and then stand up again. Your Connective Sun Ritual is complete, and your Sautoir is active.
