I think you’ll be delighted by the results of this energization process, and with that in mind, I won’t waste a moment of your time that I don’t need to. Let’s dive into the Nourishment, then introduce you to your Shimmering Shell of Felicity…

YOUR SUMMER SOLSTICE SOLAR NOURISHMENT

As you might recall, I had to do some work on my end before sending these instructions to you. 

I conducted a preliminary “pre-Nourishment” ceremony, calming and aligning your subconscious mind so that you’d become as receptive as possible to the body-and-soul-soothing solar rays that will soon beam your way.

I’m pleased to say that though it took me a fair few hours, it all went as planned and was a success, so we’re now clear to move into the next phase. Your phase!

Here’s what you need to do to complete your Summer Solstice Solar Nourishment:

1. Print out this list of instructions so that you can refer to it during the Nourishment. 
2. Wait for a summery, blue-sky day. Head outside at around midday, when the Sun is high in the sky. (If you have a garden, you can use this for the Nourishment. If not, visit a quiet green space or a friend’s garden.)
3. Find a spot in your chosen green space where you can connect directly to nature (e.g., grass over patio slabs), if possible. Lay flat on your back in this spot, ensuring you’re fully engulfed by the sun’s rays and not in the shade.
4. Close your eyes, feel the heat of solar energy on your lids, and imagine the fire of the Sun warming you right through and warming you on every existential plane. Imagine every version and every piece of you bathed in safe, warm light.
5. Open your eyes, hold up these instructions, and say the following (it’s essential to get it right, so don’t worry about trying to memorize– especially since I want you to complete this Nourishment on the first sunny day that you’re able to!):

“The summer solstice brings your power to towering heights,

There is no battle you could not win, should you choose to fight,

But rather than war, I call for salvation,
I request from you: nourishment and exultation,

Energize my body, from the tip to the toe,

Energize my soul, all the places I can and cannot go,

Leave nothing untouched by your wondrous rays,

I am turning a corner, and I turn it today,

In your warm embrace, I forget to be tired,

I embrace each day like the most live of wires,

I forget the baggage I’ve carried this far,

I drop it – it’s gone – and how light becomes my heart,

The summer solstice brings your power to towering heights,

Use it at Elissa’s behest; fill my life with sunlight.”

6. Bring your palms up to your lips as you finish speaking. Press your fingers to them, then reach those fingers up to the sun as if directly passing on the request for healing light.  
7. Close your eyes, repeat step four, and close out the Nourishment by standing up and continuing your day when the moment feels right/you feel ready to do so. 

See,        ? I’m sure it’s not as complex as you worried it would be! 

Once these steps have been successfully followed, the energizing effects will occur quickly. They’ll be fully realized when you’ve gone through your next sleep cycle and woken the day after the Nourishment process.

You’ll then be in the perfect position to turn your attention to awakening your Shimmering Shell, truly kicking your summer off with not just new drive but new fortune, too…

YOUR SHIMMERING SHELL OF FELICITY

As you know, your stunning Shimmering Shell of Felicity will grant you extra luck by repurposing the solar energy it absorbs on sunny days. 

I want to tell you where this blessed item came from, but I fear its origin story has been lost to time. All I know is that its beauty speaks for itself almost as well as its incredible powers do – and you’ll soon experience them firsthand!

To awaken your Shell and begin to benefit from its fortune-generating solar abilities, you need to complete the following steps:

1. Print your Shimmering Shell on a piece of card or print it on a piece of paper and then attach it to thicker cardstock. Keep the image unbent and unflimsy!
2. Place your Shell in a space in your home where it will absorb sunlight without being disturbed/in the way of anyone who lives there (including yourself).
3. Kneel beside your Shell, ideally placing yourself so your forehead can hover just above it, not quite resting on it.
4. Take a deep breath, then slowly exhale over the Shell as if breathing life into it. Whisper: Great Shimmering Shell of Felicity, I breathe you to life that you might bless me.
5. Repeat the process, breathing over the Shell and saying, once again: Great Shimmering Shell of Felicity, I breathe you to life that you might bless me.
6. Repeat the process a third and final time, and then set your Shell up in a permanent location that catches the sun at least once on sunny days. Make sure it can remain there, undisturbed, for the summer months.

From here, you will begin to instantaneously benefit from the sun-connected fortune of the Shell. I’m so glad it can bring extra light to your brightest days, perfectly accompanying the energizing results of the Nourishment.
