3. Lay one soft blanket across a patch of clear floor.
4. Place your Talisman of Astral Protection in the center of this blanket.
5. Lay the other soft blanket on top of the Talisman, covering the same area as the first one, totally obscuring the Talisman from view.
6. Play the calming instrumental music at a low volume.
7. Lie face down on top of the blanket and Talisman sandwich, with your heart against the place where the Talisman is hidden.
8. Close your eyes. Let the music flood your system and take you to a peaceful state. Feeling your heart beating in your chest. Your breath moving through your lungs. Your blood pulsing around your body.
9. Stay in this silent state, listening to the music, until you feel at one with your body. Until you feel as if there’s nothing to think about besides you and your Talisman.
10. Now, it’s time to share. Answer the following eight questions in a calm whisper, as though speaking directly to your Talisman (you can open your eyes to refer to the list of questions – no need to memorize):

• What’s your deepest desire?
• What keeps you going in moments of struggle and pain?
• What’s your favorite thing about yourself?
• What makes you truly unique?
• When, in the last month, did you feel the loneliest?
• When, in the last month, did you feel the most connected with other people?
• What’s the hardest thing you experienced last month, and what did you learn from it?
• What’s the best thing you experienced last month, and what did you learn from it?

11. Once you’ve answered each question as honestly as you can, open your eyes (if you haven’t already) and sit up.
12. Press the palm of your dominant hand against the spot where the Talisman is hidden, and say:

I speak my truth, as best I can.

 In the fondest hope that you understand.

If I have changed, it’s for the best.

Send only love, forget the rest.

13. You can now stop playing the calming instrumental music. The Astral Sharing Act is complete.
