February 2022: Temperance, Reversed

Temperance, reversed, signifies… Conflict, recklessness and hasty decision-making.

For your personal life, this means… After such a successful January, things will slip just a little in February – but not so badly that you can’t get them back on track. You just need to do your very best to consider whether an argument started playfully is worth the potential interpersonal fallout.

For your financial/professional life, this means… You’re probably going to make a few errors at work while you’re in this dominantly hasty headspace. Still high off of your speedy decision-making prowess in January, you need to curb your desire to decide, decide, decide for the sake of it – if you can’t, your working life will suffer.

For your relationship with luck, this means… Luck won’t be quite so much of a lady to you in February,        . Remember to keep your Coin on your person and try not to bet too big (though you can still bet) in money games/games of chance until March arrives, and with it, some reprise.

March 2022: The Fool, Upright

The Fool, upright, signifies… Freedom, new starts and innocence.

For your personal life, this means… A new relationship will begin during March, I can see that much. I’m not sure if it’s romantic or platonic in nature, but I do know for certain that it’s important – to you, to the shape of your life, and to the future path you’re on.

For your financial/professional life, this means… Innocence is a double-edged sword,        . On the one hand, The Fool is a card of exploration and childlike awe, but on the other, it’s a card of naivety. Don’t be blind to the motivations of others in your business dealings this month. Remember that everyone has something to gain.

For your relationship with luck, this means… This month, your luck will shine particularly brightly when you try to pick up a new skill or branch out in a different direction – so if you’ve been waiting to do exactly this, wait no longer. Make March the month.

April 2022: Ace of Swords, Upright

The Ace of Swords, upright, signifies… Enlightenment, clarity and realization.

For your personal life, this means… For the first few months of 2022, there’s been something weighing on your mind. Not front and center, but definitely there. In April, you’ll finally have to air a grievance with a friend, and you’ll learn a lot about yourself in the process.

June 2022: Six of Pentacles, Upright

The Six of Pentacles, upright, signifies… Kindness, charity and love.

For your personal life, this means… You’ll have a lot of energy to give to others this month, so you should try to split that energy so that some of it goes to strangers in need, and some of it goes to your loved ones. Show them you care. Flex your loving and giving muscles while they’re primed.

For your financial/professional life, this means… Try to take some time out from earning money and working hard and instead spend some time in June giving back and volunteering. Your bank account should be well and truly ship-shape by now, so it might do you good to remember the value of service, distinct from the value of money.

For your relationship with luck, this means… The more you give, the more you get,        . It’s the inverse of the situation in May, and the more kind and charitable you are, the more you’ll find that luck and fortune swirl around you. The astral forces always give thanks to the deserving.

July 2022: The Wheel of Fortune, Reversed

The Wheel of Fortune, reversed, signifies… Loss of control, stagnation and misfortune.

For your personal life, this means… The Wheel of Fortune spins and spins, and it only stops where it wants to. You’ll feel a deep lack of control in July – a sense that you’re not the one dictating your life’s direction. This feeling will heavily impact the way you interact with others.

For your financial/professional life, this means… I’d avoid making difficult work decisions and complex financial moves during this month. Uncertainty makes these types of choices a million times harder, and if you’re not confident in your ability to make the right choice, you should probably avoid making one.

For your relationship with luck, this means… Put simply, I wouldn’t make looking for luck or chasing opportunity your focus in July. You’ve got enough to worry about without needing to be constantly searching for signs from the universe. Life is long. You have time to pause.

August 2022: Three of Swords, Reversed 

The Three of Swords, reversed, signifies… Forgiveness, healing and growth.

Whether you grant this forgiveness or not, I caution, is up to you. Either way, you’ll find healing – whether it’s from closure or an accepted olive branch.

September 2022: The Hermit, Reversed

The Hermit, reversed, signifies… Confusion, isolation and rejection.

For your personal life, this means… You’ll feel lonely in September, even when you aren’t actually alone. You’ll feel emotionally adrift, and you’ll end up self-inflicting isolation on yourself and pre-empting people with rejection because you, yourself, fear rejection.

For your financial/professional life, this means… The feelings stirred up by The Hermit won’t bode well for this sphere in particular, as uncertainty creates stress and stress decreases professional performance. If you can, take some time off this month and work on healing your heart.

October 2022: Queen of Pentacles, Upright

The Queen of Pentacles, upright, signifies… Comfort, safety and material security.
