As I’ve mentioned before (and as you’ll know from selecting the cards), this Reading spans four months, and one card represents one month
,
There’s a lot to discover, so I won’t waste a moment on the preamble. We can dive right in…
YOUR VENUS-SATURN LOVE AND ROMANCE READING
Month One: February
Nine of Cups, Reversed:
February doesn’t start you in the best place, but we already knew that! You wouldn’t need support with your love life in the form of this Reading if everything were already absolutely perfect, after all. The reversed Nine of Cups speaks to a lack of joy – in this case, a lack of romantic pleasure. This lack manifests in ugly ways, either through sorrow and flatness or passive aggression and unnecessary judgment.
You must get the fun back and chase exciting, love-inducing experiences again!
If you can remember all the ways you found happiness in love before, you can begin to unwind the tangled emotional web! Because yes, life is full of distractions, but no matter how busy you are in other areas, your love life should be enjoyed, not suffered through for lack of a better alternative.
Month Two: March
Two of Swords, Upright:
In March, you’ll be asked to make some difficult choices. This might mean choices about a relationship and its future, but it could equally mean options explored together within a relationship, such as where to move to, what savings goals to set, when to have children, or even whether to have children. A million argumentative possibilities could apply, but the presence of the argument itself is indisputable.
The upright Two of Swords tells us you’ll come to several points of indecisiveness. If you want your relationship to survive the month, you’ll need to position yourself on the same team as your lover as often as possible. It’s okay to disagree. To need to find a compromise sometimes. But it’s not okay to feel constantly at odds with and unsupported by the one you adore – so don’t give that impression if you don’t intend to.
Month Three: April
The Lovers, Upright:
Significant progress has been made by the time we reach April, and we can see that a stronger-than-ever romantic bond is finally in its full stride, unperturbed by past issues. What a win, ! Upright, The Lovers is a card of genuine, equal partnership. Of a union that can lift both parties up rather than drag one of them down. (In other words, of a union with real potential to stand the test of time.)
Celebrate your strengthening relationship, but remember that this card can come with a hint of warning: There are other people in your life, and you’d do well not to forget that they matter too. There’s a fine line between a “dynamic duo” and a “co-dependent couple.” You should always aim to avoid crossing that line for your mental health and the health of your relationship.
Month Four: May
Three of Wands, Upright:
May’s upright Three of Wands is very revealing. By this time in 2023, , it looks like you’ll be making many plans for the future. The Three of Wands represents growth and expansion. In the context of your romantic life, I believe this means two things – the evolution of your emotional capacity, for one, and the growth of your family (whatever that might mean to you), for two.
My best guidance for this final month of the Reading is that everything you plan for your future with your lover should be determined in direct consultation with them. One of the leading causes of resentment in long-term relationships is an inconsiderate partner who makes their “better half” feel the opposite of this – irrelevant and not worth hearing the opinions of.
That brings us to the end of your Venus-Saturn Love and Romance Reading. I know it can be tough to open yourself up to guidance, especially concerning sensitive matters of the heart, but I hope you’ve seen for yourself the good it can do you!
I’ll now share your FREE Emotional Boundary Fortification instructions. I hope you’re ready to experience even more personal growth…
YOUR EMOTIONAL BOUNDARY FORTIFICATION
This Fortification isn’t overly complex – I’ve tried to keep things simple but powerful for you, as I know you have a lot to take in right now!
That said, it is essential that you follow each instruction carefully and in the order listed…
- Set this soothing, focusing music up to play out loud throughout the Fortification in a room of your choice:
- Begin by reaching a calm headspace, sitting in silence for a few minutes and shaking off the emotions (positive and negative) of the day.
- When you feel ready, write down with pen and paper at least six boundaries you could set that would make your life better. Don’t think about the logistics – go with your gut. Common topics requiring a firm boundary include:
- Body image and physical appearance
- Diet and food
- Mental health
- Substances (sober people commonly need to set boundaries surrounding alcohol and discussion of alcohol with others)
- Children and parenting
- Emotionally tiring relationships and bonds
- Work and work-life balance
- Social media usage
- Having drafted your boundaries, refine each one into a single sentence.
- One by one, repeat each boundary with confidence and certainty. Sit still and straight-backed. Know, as you speak it, that you mean it this time.
- Repeat this short mantra when you’ve spoken the last boundary sentence: I build my walls of protection and strength. I fortify my greatest method of personal defense.
- Go out there into the world and live by your new boundaries!
That will conclude your Fortification, . It will take some time, but I’m confident it will be worth it for the result. You’d never know how great it feels – how empowering – to speak your truth. At least, not until you tried it for yourself!
Your loving friend,
